We are currently doing research for the nutritional information of our product. The vegetables in our spices are dehydrated which effects the content of certain elements. Often times it increases when dried such as the potassium content of apricots greatly increases when the fruit is dried. We will post our findings as soon as they are available.

They harvest it from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Brazil. It is solar evaporated in an all-natural, chemical free process. No anti-caking agents or additives of any kind are used. Sea salt is packed with natural minerals and iodine. It is naturally high in magnesium.
